IT Support - Outsourced Services
We are here to provide you with a full range of corporate outsourced IT support services. Our clients usually come to regard us as part of their staff, as though we were their in-house IT team.
Our IT Outsourcing services are tailored to suit small and medium sized businesses. We provide comprehensive, proactive maintenance.
Help Desk & Remote Assistance
We will respond to your IT query within 15 minutes of logging your call on our help desk. The support representative who returns your call will already be familiar with your IT set-up and network configuration, and will have already thought through possible scenarios and solutions to your problem. We will be able to take remote control of your machine, so we can be virtually 'on-site' at all times.
Desk-side support
If our Telephone Assistance is unable to resolve the IT problem - or if you prefer we tackle your problem face to face, we will send one of our Service representatives to your offices.
On-Site Visits - Call outs
  • Call-out - We'll be onsite within four hours for an urgent request, or the next business day if the problem is not impacting your productivity.
  • Scheduled - Your business may wish to schedule regular half or full-day visits during which we will work together through a planned list of tasks.
  • Installations - Installing a new piece of equipment takes time. Pilgrim will take care of your on-site installations of PCs, printers, Servers or any other IT equipment.
Proactive Server management
We provide a proactive management service for your server(s). By monitoring your servers continually and performing daily back-ups, analysis, housekeeping and virus checks, we help to prevent potential problems that cause down-time and frustration for your users.
Why Outsource?
Full time in-house IT support is a very expensive luxury for small and medium sized businesses.
The average salary and pension cost for an IT employee is approaching £35,000 a year.
In small businesses the function is not really a full time job.
If you are moving or upgrading your IT systems, then you will usually need more skilled manpower. If new systems are being installed then you may need to have additional specialist skills on hand to ensure that you get things up and running in the shortest possible time. None of this is easily done with in-house employees on a short term basis.
Outsourcing provides the ideal solution. You buy only as much time as you need. When you need more manpower for a project, then we have it on hand at a moment's notice.
And if you need specialist knowledge or skills we will have them ready for you for as long as you need them.
In this way outsourced IT minimises cost and maximises efficiency.
