Technical Surveillance
Countermeasures (TSCM) |
 |
|
Whilst information can be stolen by
other means, information gathering
through the use of electronic
eavesdropping represents a real and
significant threat.
Our objective is to reduce this threat
to an acceptable level. In addition to a
detailed sweep for devices, we assess
general security and procedures on site
to be able to offer advice.
After each visit we provide a
fully-documented report detailing target
analysis, the sweep work done and
recommendations on all aspects of
information security, if appropriate.
Within the city of London and
West End, we maintain a reference database of RF signal data for almost every
area, which means that before we set foot in your offices we know what we would
expect in terms of the RF Spectrum. An anomaly will show up clearly and require
detailed investigation.

Bugs Are
Easily Available and
Inexpensive |
 |
|
There are over 50 spy/bug outlets within
the UK not to mention the vast amount of
bugs available over the Internet or by
mail order. In a recent survey over 70%
of London Private Detectives stated that
they would plant a bug to obtain
information.

WiFi Networks |
 |
|
Wireless networks
are a major area of
possible weakness.
During a recent
survey for a client,
we connected to
their network from
1/2 mile away with
an inexpensive
directional antenna,
cracked the network
encryption, and
mapped out |
 |
|
their entire network
layout using
software tools
downloaded free from
the internet. |
